RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Items can be returned for an exchange or refund. This excludes sales items and gift cards. The following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging (including any free gifts).
  • Items are purchased from studio51hairdesign.com.au
  • Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns for some items such as hairbrushes and hair accessories. Please contact our team if you are unsure.
  • We do not provide a change of mind return for discontinued items.
  • If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please email info@studio51hair.com.au and we will assist you immediately.

REFUND PROCESS

If your product is eligible for return under our “RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY”, please submit your request to info@studio51hair.com.au. We will let you know whether your refund is approved upon receival and inspection.

  • Please note that there is a $10.00 restocking fee.
  • The shipping fee for any return items is at the customer’s own cost.
  • We process all returns within 2 business days of receiving your items.
  • All refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the payment to come through.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Once you have checked that your product is eligible for exchange under our “RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY”, please submit your request to info@studio51hair.com.au. We will let you know whether your exchange is approved upon receival and inspection.

  • Please note that there is a $10.00 restocking fee.
  • The shipping fee for any return items is at the customer’s own cost.
  • We process all returns and dispatch your new order within 2 business days of receiving your items.
